<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolating connecting rod which can be manufactured at a low cost using two metal plates of the same shape, with assemblability being excellent. <P>SOLUTION: In the vibration-isolating connecting rod, a first metal plate 34 and a second metal plate 36 which is overlapped with the first metal plate 34 are swaged and fixed with a rod body. The first metal plate 34 includes a plurality of first swaging parts 50 for pinching the peripheral part of the second metal plate 36. The plurality of first swaging parts 50 are provided in such manner as avoids a line symmetry position which sandwiches a center line C that connects a first inner cylinder 22 which a first vibration-isolating bush 18 includes and a second inner cylinder and a second inner cylinder 28 which a second vibration-isolating bush 20 includes, with one first swaging part 50 taking a center line C of the other first caulking part 50 as an axis of symmetry.
