<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oily cosmetic which sufficiently exhibits an excellent ultraviolet shielding effect of titanium oxide. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oily cosmetic includes (A) trimethylsiloxy silicic acid and (B) organic titanate-coated titanium oxide. Preferably, the organic titanate as a constituent of the component (B) is isopropyl isostealoyl titanate, the average particle size of the titanium oxide as a constituent of the component (B) is 0.1-0.4μm, and the amount of coating of the organic titanate is 0.2-10 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the organic titanate-coated titanium oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
