<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte solution injection device using weight management in vacuum which satisfies both injection speed and injection accuracy under vacuum environment. <P>SOLUTION: Injection process is separated to a high speed injection process (101) and a precision injection process (102). In the high speed injection process (101), injection is performed at a highest injection rate A, and a transition is made to the next precision injection process (102) when the weight of received liquid reaches a target weight n at an inflection point close to the final target weight N. In the precision injection process (102), the speed A is decelerated gradually with a speed difference within a range causing no overshoot until a lowest injection speed X (<speed A) is reached. When the weight of received liquid reaches the final target weight N, the speed X is decelerated to 0 and injection is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
