<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method and analyser for oxygen concentration capable of accurately measuring the oxygen concentration even when the oxygen concentration in a sample gas is at a sub-ppb level of 0.1-1 ppb. <P>SOLUTION: In an analytical method for oxygen concentration, which measures the oxygen concentration in a sample gas with a galvanic cell type oxygen sensor 11, the oxygen concentration in the sample gas is measured by switching an oxygen-containing gas with the oxygen concentration corresponding to a predicted value of the oxygen concentration of the sample gas, especially the oxygen concentration at a sub-ppb level of 0.1-1 ppb, to the sample gas during introduction into a test section of the galvanic cell type oxygen sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
