<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidative consumption test apparatus and test method for a carbon material, capable of generating highly stable test results and achieving evaluation in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: An oxidative consumption test apparatus for a carbon material comprises: a heater 2 in which a through hole 8 is formed; an airtight tube 1 disposed in the through hole 8 and heated by heat from the heater 2; and a gas supply device 5 for supplying gas into the airtight tube 1 while controlling a gas flow rate. A gas supply port 3 is provided on one end of the airtight tube 1, while a gas exhaust port 4 is provided on the other end of the airtight tube 1. Also, a sample mounting portion 6 on which a test sample 62 and a standard sample 63 are mounted can be arranged in a uniform heat region 7 other than a non-uniform heat region 9a on a side of the gas supply port and a non-uniform heat region 9b on a side of the gas exhaust port, in a region of the airtight tube 1, which is disposed inside the through hole 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
