摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generator in which a thermoelectric conversion module is installed on a furnace wall of a blast furnace, wherein sufficient heat flux is ensured and thermoelectric power generation can be performed at high efficiency by allowing the thermoelectric conversion module to be in close contact with a high temperature side heat source or a low temperature side radiator. <P>SOLUTION: A refractory 3 is held to a cooling operating surface 20 of a stave 2 for cooling the furnace wall installed in the blast furnace so that the refractory 3 is slidable in the stave thickness direction. The thermoelectric conversion module 4 is arranged between the refractory 3 and the cooling operating surface 20 of the stave 2 so that the thermoelectric conversion module 4 is in a non-fixed state at least to the refractory 3. At least a heat-receiving surface of the thermoelectric conversion module 4 is allowed to be in close contact with the surface of the refractory 3 by the action of the pressure inside the furnace which presses the refractory 3 in the direction of the stave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
