<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image prediction coding device, an image prediction coding method, an image prediction coding program, an image prediction decoding device, an image prediction decoding method, and an image prediction decoding program that are capable of efficiently processing a motion vector by adaptively selecting candidates of a prediction motion vector according to the position of a sub-block in a target block. <P>SOLUTION: An image prediction coding device comprises a differential motion information generator 115 that generates a differential motion vector of a second area from a motion vector of the second area and a prediction motion vector of the second area. The differential motion information generator 115 selects motion vectors belonging to predetermined plural adjacent blocks excluding a first area in a target block from blocks adjacent to the second area in the target block as candidates of the prediction motion vector of the second area, and selects one from the plural candidates of the prediction motion vector of the second area as the prediction motion vector of the second area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
