<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting soundproof sheet which has so excellent soundproofness as to weaken the sound of rain and such a favorable lighting property that work can be performed without using illumination in the daytime and is used as an industrial material. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting soundproof sheet is a flexible sheet comprising a base material including a fibrous base fabric and a vibration damping resin layer arranged on the at least one surface of the base material.
