<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure of a synchronizer that keeps a friction surface of a blocking ring in a proper lubricating state even when an introduction amount of lubricating oil into the friction surface is small while ensuring discharge properties of the lubricating oil from the friction surface. <P>SOLUTION: An outer ring 21 has: a flange 21b extending to the inner diameter side; a tapered friction surface 23 in sliding contact with a synchro cone 35; and a lubricating oil guide path 22 comprising an annular groove. A clearance S opened toward the rotary shaft 2 side is formed between an engaging piece 21c of the outer ring 21 and a notch 33c of an inner ring 33. The friction surface 23 is provided with two types of grooves, that is, a discharge groove 25 for discharging lubricating oil flowing from the lubricating oil guide path 22, and a lubrication groove 27 for lubricating the friction surface 23. The lubrication groove 27 is arranged at a position facing the clearance S and within a range of the width dimension of the clearance.
