<p>The method involves establishing transmission by emitting an useful signal (Su) modulated according to modulation (Mod1) by a transmitter (E1), amplifying a total signal (SM1) by a variable amplifier (ALC) and a wave tube (TWT) to maintain power level of a signal (SM2) in output of another transmitter (E2) to constant value, and by emitting the signal to a receiver (R2). Power of signal received by the receiver and power of demodulated useful signal are measured. Factors representing power losses related to orientation of reception antenna (ANT1) on up and downlinks are calculated. An independent claim is also included for a method for generating a set of measurements for establishing cartography of transmission diagram of a transmission antenna of satellite.</p> |
