The present invention relates to a seal for a drive shaft of a motor capable of being applied to a traction motor for a hybrid vehicle by reducing the friction between the seal and a driving shaft without supplying a separate lubricant. The present invention includes a housing which is installed around the driving shaft of a motor, a seal installed in the housing, an oil-filled bearing installed between the seal and the driving shaft, a front holder which is installed in the upper part of the oil-filled bearing to support the oil-filled bearing, and a rear holder which is installed in the lower part of the oil-filled bearing to support the oil-filled bearing. |
