The present invention relates to an optical film and a use thereof. In the present invention, a liquid crystal layer has reverse wavelength dispersibility even having a single layer and the low thickness through control of orientation state of a liquid crystal compound in the liquid crystal layer. An optical film including the liquid crystal layer can be used variously such as forming an optical device or three dimensional image which has optical modulation properties or improves light use efficiency in a display device such as liquid crystal display (LCD) or an organic light emitting device (OLED), and device for improving the quality. |
