<p>The present invention relates to a nutritious Korean sausage Sundae with quail eggs and a manufacturing method thereof. Specifically, Korean sausage Sundae with quail eggs rich in protein and essential amino acid has been manufactured. As a result, it has been verified that the Korean sausage of the present invention shows significant palatability in all of taste, texture, flavor, appearance and overall preference than common Korean sausage free from quail eggs. Accordingly, it has been verified that the Korean sausage with quail eggs of the present invention is easily accessible to consumers who have felt distaste for common Korean sausage. The manufacturing method of the Korean sausage with quail eggs comprises the steps of 1) washing the intestine of pig or cow to manufacture a Korean sausage casing; 2) mixing 10-40 parts by weight of quail eggs with respect to 100 parts by weight of a Korean sausage stuffing to manufacture a Korean sausage stuffing with quail eggs; and 3) stuffing the Korean sausage stuffing with quail eggs manufactured in the step 2) into the Korean sausage casing manufactured in the step 1).</p> |
