<p>The present invention relates to a bulk rotary atomizer which is enlarged to maximize the size of spray disk to maximize a purification drug spray capacity and maximize a rotation power using AC motor to keep smooth rotation of spray disk. The bulk rotary atomizer includes: a spray disk spraying to purify emission gas by being installed in the lower part of main body; an AC motor installed in the upper body; a gear box, including oil, and installed between main body and AC motor; a main gear axis connected to AC motor and installed in the gear box; a main gear install on the main gear axis; a dependent gear shaft installed to be parallel with one side of the main gear axis; a dependent gear installed on the dependent gear axis and interlocked with the main gear; a shaft connected to the dependent gear axis; a spray disk installed at the end of the shaft and lower part of main body, and spraying chemicals to purify emission gas; and a rolling bearing and an air bearing installed on the shaft in order for the shaft to smoothly rotate.</p> |
