Markers for origin discrimination of the northern mauxia shrimp(Acetes chinensis)

<p>The present invention provides a marker for discriminating origin of A. chinensis by analyzing SNPs from 16S rRNA genes of A. chinensis from Korea and China, and using allelic gene-specific PCR reaction.</p>
