PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an error between image information and position information by superposing position data on a predetermined part in image data and delivering them as one signal.SOLUTION: An image pickup element 10 reads image information on a paper surface, etc., through an optical system, and a position sensor 20 also reads position data (for example, a 32-bit parallel signal) on the image simultaneously. Switching command means 53 of a control part 50 transmits a switching signal to a data write part 40 in predetermined write timing of the position data relative to the image data so as to switches a connection source of an analog signal from the side of the image pickup element 10 to the side of the position sensor 20. The data write part 40 switches the connection source to which the analog signal is transmitted from the side of the image pickup element 10 to a latch part 30 on the side of the position sensor 20 and thereby write the position data to a fly-back section, etc., in the image data to generate composite data. |
