<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a camera and a video recorder in a housing to construct a device which continuously records a video night and day. <P>SOLUTION: In a spherical housing, a video recorder component and a camera component with increased performance and functionality and reduced size and weight are efficiently installed to construct a high-performance high-functionality video image capture system.
