<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate which provides a printing figure with less variation of printing figure areas caused by printing position and with a high shape accuracy, and also to provide a screen printing apparatus using it. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing plate 10 is equipped with an approximately square screen S equipped with an approximately square printing region 2 arranged with printing opening parts 1 (1a and 1b) and a non-printing region 3 positioning around the printing region, and a plate frame 4 for holding the outer peripheral part of the screen and holding the screen under the condition that the screen is extended in its inside. In this screen printing plate 10, the area of the printing opening part arranged on the outer peripheral part 12a in the printing region of the screen is larger than the area of the printing opening part arranged in the central part 12b in the printing region, and the dimension A of one side on the outer peripheral side of the non-printing region is in a range of 1.2-2.0 times of the dimension B of one side of the printing region.
