<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system capable of quickly increasing a level of an internal operation voltage supplied to an internal functional block (load circuit) when performing intermittent operation.SOLUTION: A pressure step-down unit 50 steps down an external power source voltage Vcc. A bias current control circuit 41 controls the magnitude of a bias current flowing through an auxiliary route RT that connects an output node N4 and the ground GND. A system controller SYSC increases the magnitude of the bias current prior to a change in an operation state in which the amount of current relatively largely changes, which is consumed in a load circuit 99 including a central processing unit CPU.</p> |
