<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that includes a rationalized process capable of obtaining a hollow curved pipe made of a synthetic resin used for a piping joint and a water faucet instrument through a hollow part of which a fluid passes and which is excellent in the accuracy of a size and a form without generating leakage of the fluid even if jointing other component parts, and the hollow curved pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a hollow curved pipe 1 comprises the steps of: disposing a preliminarily formed article 2 in a mold as a core, the preliminarily formed article 2 obtained by mutually joining preliminarily separately formed component parts 3, 4; and injecting and filling a synthetic resin into a gap between the outer periphery of the preliminarily formed article 2 and the mold to unify by forming an outer shell 10 of the synthetic resin over the outer periphery of the preliminarily formed article 2. Terminal openings of the preliminarily formed article 2 are composed of continuous annular bodies 5 having no joint, cores are inserted into the terminal openings to seal the openings, the preliminarily formed article 2 is disposed in the mold while holding, and the synthetic resin is injected and filled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
