<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a working vehicle having no engine stop even when performing no treading-in of a clutch pedal even in machine stop operation. <P>SOLUTION: The working vehicle for transferring rotational force from an engine 5 to an axle 50 through transmissions 11, 12 and provided with a brake 51 on the axle 50 includes main clutch means 38, 39 engaged or disengaged on engine power or gear power on a front stage or a rear stage of the transmissions 11, 12.
