<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor unit which efficiently radiates heat generated from electrodes such as electrode plates while achieving low inductance. <P>SOLUTION: In a capacitor unit 1, multiple capacitor elements 4 are housed in a case 5. The multiple capacitor elements 4 are connected with a P electrode plate 61 and an N electrode plate 62. The p electrode plate 61 and the N electrode plate 62 are disposed overlapping with each other so as to sandwich a dielectric plate 63. The case 5 has a bottom wall 50. The P electrode plate 61, the N electrode plate 62, and the dielectric plate 63 are disposed along the bottom wall 50 in the case 5.
