<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash which can be easily assembled, whose initial cost is reduced, and which has high attaching strength and watertightness of a baseboard and a mullion without using a metal fitting for connection. <P>SOLUTION: A transom 6 comprises a main member 6A and upper and lower auxiliary members 6B and 6C, the transom 6 and a mullion 7 are directly fixed with a screw 18, and the use of the metal fitting for connection is discontinued. The identical main member 6A and the upper and lower auxiliary members 6B and 6C of a low manufacturing cost are combined to cope with several kinds of forms and the kinds of the transom 6 of a high manufacturing cost are reduced. Also, a baseboard 22 comprises a main member 22A and an auxiliary member 22B to be easily fixed to a lower frame 5, the auxiliary member 22B is fixed to the main member 22A which is hard to be fixed to the lower frame 5 and the mullion 7, and the auxiliary member 22B is strongly fixed to the lower frame 5 and left and right vertical frames 2 and 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
