<p>The process for electric arc welding of a steel part using a flux-cored wire including an external metallic envelope containing a mixture of calcium fluoride (10-30%), calcium carbonate (1-20%) and titanium oxide (1-20%), comprises welding a steel part having an elastic limit of 690-830 MPa along a vertical direction using a pulse welding system. The wire includes 10-20 wt.% of flux. Each pulse of current is defined by a pulse frequency (40-400 Hz), a pulse duration (0.5-2.5 msec), a base current (20-240 A), a peak current (300-500 A) and a peak voltage (22-37 V).
