The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene polymer, a preparation method thereof, and a rubber composition. More specifically, the present invention provides a modified conjugated diene polymer having various glass transition temperature (T_g) by inducing a conjugated diene polymer to a small amount of siloxane compounds, and a rubber composition having excellent wet grip properties and rolling resistance properties on a wet road surface by using the same. |
