The present invention relates to a slim light source module with superior light efficiency, and a backlight unit having the same. The module includes a light emitting part which has a lower side electrically connected to a substrate; a wavelength conversion part formed on the light emitting part; and a reflection part formed on the light emitting part. The reflection part exposes at least one surface of the wavelength conversion part to form an exit surface which emits light of the light emitting part. |
