The present invention relates to a borderless-type liquid crystal display device and to a method for assembling the same. The device includes a liquid crystal panel which includes a lower substrate and an upper substrate which is wider than the lower substrate, and has a pad part formed on the back side of the upper substrate; a panel guide which is combined with the cover bottom and supports the liquid panel; a printed circuit board (PCB) which is attached to the back side of the cover bottom and has a control circuit and a power source part for driving the liquid crystal panel; and a circuit film which has one end part bonded to the pad part of the liquid crystal panel and the other end part which is bent to be connected to the PCB. The circuit film is bent from one end downwards and has a first bending part adjacent to the pad part, a vertical part extended from the first bending part to a vertical direction, and a second bending part which is bent from the vertical direction to a horizontal direction and is adjacent to the PCB. The device includes an adhesive which is formed between the first bending part of the circuit film and the back side of the substrate, and allows the first bending part to be vertically bent. |
