<p>A flexible micro-gas sensor using a carbon nanotube array according to the present invention includes a flexible circuit board, an electrode layer formed on the flexible circuit board, a carbon film layer arranged on top of each other while covering the flexible circuit board and the electrode layer entirely or partially, and a carbon nanotube layer formed on the carbon film layer. The carbon nanotube layer is characterized by growing out of metal catalysts arranged on top of each other on the carbon film layer. The flexible gas sensor utilizes the reactivity of carbon nanotube on reducing gas and the flexibility of carbon nanotube, through which it can be attached to various electronic goods without restriction and allows various applications. Moreover, since it can be used at room temperature without any heater, its miniaturization, high performance and portability can be maximized.</p> |
