PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both ensuring of antenna performance and reduction of an occupied area of a conductive pattern.SOLUTION: A metamaterial antenna includes: a first metamaterial antenna 10 that is perpendicular to a ground pattern 11b formed for a first isolation layer 11 and generates polarized waves whose electric fields are directed in the same direction at an arbitrary position on a conductive pattern; a second isolation layer 21 that is arranged to be laminated on one surface side of the first isolation layer 11; and a second metamaterial antenna 30 that includes a third isolation payer 31 arranged to be laminated on the first isolation layer 11 with the second isolation layer 21 in-between, is capacitively coupled with the first metamaterial antenna 10, is directed in the same direction as the first metamaterial antenna 10, and generates polarized waves whose electric fields are directed in the same direction at an arbitrary position on the conductive pattern. |
