<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing canceration information capable of detecting a fact that there is a risk of the canceration in the initial stage of cancer with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: This method for providing the canceration information to give the information relating to the canceration of cells is provided by including a data collection step of irradiating light to a measuring specimen including the cells collected from epithelial tissue, and obtaining measured data including optical information from each of the cells contained in the measuring specimen, a data analysis step of extracting the measured data of the cells as the objective of analysis, which is at least a part of the cells presenting at a more basilar membrane side than the cells presenting on a surface layer in the above epithelial tissue on the basis of the obtained optical information on each of the cells and among the measured data of the multiple cells in the measuring specimen, and analyzing the extracted measured data, and an information output step of outputting the information relating to the canceration of the cells on the basis of the result of the analysis of the extracted measured data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
