The method involves attaching a bulkhead layer (4) on the subsurface (2). A post (1) is introduced in the subsurface, where the post penetrates the bulkhead layer which is connected with a hollow-body-shaped formwork element (3). A composite layer (7) comprises a sealing unit (8) which is made of a porous material. The hollow-body-shaped formwork element has a support layer (9) which is made of metal or plastic material.
