<p>The present invention provides a method for preparing an activated cobalt ferrite [(Co_xFe_(1-x))_3O_(4-δ), x=0.2~0.9,δ=0.4~0.9] comprising: a step of producing a cobalt ferrite oxalate (Co_xFe_(1-x)C_2O_4, x=0.2~0.9) by reacting a ferrite-retaining precursor, a cobalt-retaining precursor, and dicarboxylic acid or its salt; and a step of heat treatment to heat treat the cobalt ferrite oxalate under an inactive atmosphere. The method to decompose carbon dioxide to decompose active cobalt ferrite manufactured and the active cobalt ferrite by supplying carbon dioxide is also provided. Using a method for preparing an activated cobalt ferrite according to the present invention, an activated cobalt ferrite may be manufactured economically and safely, the product can be used in various applications, an activated cobalt ferrite with an excellent carbon dioxide decomposition effect can be obtained and moreover, efficiency in the economy and production process may be enhanced.</p> |
