<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an earthquake proof composition and an earthquake proof composition manufactured thereby comprising the steps of: (step 1) grinding polyesterols, reclaimed rubbers, waste plastics, and slag; (step 2) obtaining a mixture by mixing the ground polyesterols, reclaimed rubbers, waste plastics, and slag; (step 3) pelletizing the mixture by primarily melting and extrusion molding; (step 4) grinding the pellets; and (step 5) manufacturing the earthquake proof composition by secondarily melting and extrusion molding the ground pellets. The method for manufacturing the earthquake proof composition: does not require an adhesive by mixing the composition, which is formed by grinding polyesterols, reclaimed rubbers, waste plastics, and slag and extrusion molding the same for two times, with cement, sand, gravel, and water and pouring the same, thereby solving a problem that adhesion of adhered parts using the adhesive become weaker when earthquake is occurred; and can enhance impact resistance and flexibility of concrete structures, thereby being able to maintain the concrete structures for long time when earthquake is occurred and to reduce damages caused by the earthquake.</p> |
