<p>The present invention relates to a composition using a natural extract for alleviation of hyperlipidemia, capable of securing enhanced extraction yields and improved sensory characteristics of a Cirsium setidens extract. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition comprising a natural Cirsium setidens extract for alleviation of hyperlipidemia, wherein the natural Cirsium setidens extract is obtained from Cirsium setidens; and to a manufacturing method of the Cirsium setidens extract. According to the present invention, a composition comprising a Cirsium setidens extract for alleviation of hyperlipidemia comprises a Cirsium setidens extract obtained by using hot water and ultrasonic waves from dried Cirsium setidens which has completed a steaming process and a drying process. According to another aspect of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a Cirsium setidens extract used for a composition for alleviation of hyperlipidemia comprises: a steaming step of steaming washed Cirsium setidens at 85-95°C for 20-60 minutes; a drying step of drying the Cirsium setidens which has completed the steaming step to the moisture content of the Cirsium setidens of 10% or less; a hydrothermal-ultrasonic extraction step of obtaining a Cirsium setidens extract via a hydrothermal extraction process of putting water 20 times as much as the Cirsium setidens which has completed the drying step with respect to the weight of the Cirsium setidens and applying heat, wherein ultrasonic waves are applied with the heat for a predetermined period of time; and freeze drying the Cirsium setidens extract obtained in the extraction step.</p> |
