PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier capable of securing the good circulation of priming liquid by preventing the flowing channel of the blood circuit from clogging when priming the blood circuit to which a laminated type blood purifier is connected.SOLUTION: The blood purifier has a control means 16 reducing pressure inside of a dialysate flowing channel β in the laminated type dialyzer 1, thereby making the inside of the dialysate flowing channel β a negative pressure to the blood flow channel α, and expanding the blood flow channel α, and flowing the priming liquid in the artery-side blood circuit 2 and the vein-side blood channel 3 while maintaining the expanded condition of the blood flowing channel α, when priming with the distal end of the artery-side blood circuit 2 and the distal end of the vein-side blood circuit 3 coupled to each other. The control means 16 can carry out a replenishing step for supplying and replenishing a predetermined amount of priming liquid via a priming line L8b with the proviso that a liquid pressure detected by a vein pressure sensor 17 becomes not more than the predetermined value. |
