PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on the battery of a mobile router.SOLUTION: An MR100 communicates access point configuration information to an HGW200. The HGW200 starts to operate as an access point using the access point configuration information and sends an operation start notification to the MR100. The MR100 upon receiving the operation start notification from the HGW200 stops operating as an access point and puts itself to power down into a sleep state.
