<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antagonist acting on a growth hormone secretion-promoting factor receptor (GHS-R). <P>SOLUTION: The peptide comprising a specific amino acid sequence, or the peptide comprising an amino acid sequence having substitution, deletion or addition of one or several amino acids in the specific amino acid, and having the GHS-R antagonist activities.
