<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centerless grinding machine capable of enhancing working efficiency of through-feed grinding by performing rough position adjustment of a guide plate on a regulating wheel side linked with the position changing operation of a regulating wheel. <P>SOLUTION: A grinding wheel base 4 supporting a grindstone 3 via a grinding base 2 and a regulating wheel base 6 supporting the regulating wheel 5 are provided oppositely to each other on a machine base 1. Connection pieces are provided to an intermediate part in the vertical direction of guide plate attachment arms 12B and 13B on the side of the regulating wheel 5 whose lower end parts are freely rockably pivoted to the grinding base 2. Lower end parts of connection pieces 19 and 19' whose upper end parts are freely turnably connected by using first connection pins 18 and 18' are freely turnably connected to the regulating wheel base 6 freely advancing and retreating to/from the grinding base 2 by using second connection pins 20 and 20'. Guide plates 8B and 9B of a workpiece W, where guide surfaces 8'B and 9'B are positioned on the same surface as the peripheral side surface 5a of the regulating wheel 5, are provided to upper end parts of the guide plate attachment arms 12B and 13B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
