The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a functional food for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases, comprising a rice bran fermented extract as an active ingredient. The rice bran fermented extract according to the present invention is involved in platelet aggregation inhibition through a path including AC activation and then an increase in cAMP production, and efficiently treats the cardiovascular diseases caused by abnormal platelet aggregation by inhibiting collagen, thrombin, or ADP which may cause platelet aggregation. |
