The present invention relates to a wind turbine blade test device. The wind turbine blade test device comprises: an actuation unit arranged at each edge of a vertically positioned blade; a testing belt for connecting the actuation units together to enclose the circumference of the blade in order to test and wash the blade; a gasping actuation part to make the testing belt adhere to or be separated from the surface of the blade; and a transporting actuation part which supplies the power and a washing solution to the actuation unit and moves the actuation unit up and down. |
