The present invention relates to a volume-rate food waste disposal apparatus comprising: a disposal case housing a disposal container therein; a housing frame having the disposal container mounted on the bottom thereon, and allowing the disposal container to be selectively housed in the disposal case; and an opening and closing door installed on the upper front side of the disposal case, and opened and closed by being interlocked with the lid of the disposal container. The disposal case has a first installation hole and a second installation hole vertically formed to penetrate the side wall thereof at a certain distance so that an anti-odor agent can be sprayed to the upper side of the disposal container when the opening and closing door is opened, wherein the side wall corresponds to one side of the lower side of the opening and closing door. The disposal case has a dispenser unit mounted on the outer surface thereof so that an odor rising from the inside of the disposal container can be removed when the opening and closing door opened and closed by being interlocked with the lid is opened, wherein the outer surface of the disposal case has the first and the second installation hole. The anti-odor agent stored in the main body case of the dispenser unit contains microorganisms to dilute the odor rising when the opening and closing door and the lid are opened, thereby securing a hygienic safety for a user. The food waste can be facilitated to be decomposed by receiving the microorganisms when the opening and closing door and the lid are opened, so the odor from the food waste in the disposal container can be minimized. |
