In the present invention, provided is a surface modified inorganic filler whose surface consecutively introduces an alkyl group and an amine group wherein the alkyl group and amine group are introduced in the ratio of 0.5 to 9.5 or 4 to 6 respectively. In the present invention, an epoxy resin composition including the surface modified inorganic filler has a low dielectric loss rate and a low coefficient of expansion property.
