<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a production schedule having high productivity by selecting a load of order appropriate as an object of leveling when producing a plurality of kinds of products. <P>SOLUTION: When leveling a piled load in a prescribed time in a facility, a production schedule creation device calculates a contrivance index indicating the margin situation of a throughput capacity in the prescribed time of the facility for a next process on the basis of products piled in the prescribed time of the facility for the next process and a throughput of the facility used for the next process, for each product piled in the prescribed time of the facility, and determines a product having a contrivance index indicating the least margin, as a product to be moved from a prescribed time of the facility, thus performing the leveling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
