<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can mechanically couple input side terminals of semiconductor elements with connection terminals of associated apparatuses to support them and electrically connect the input side terminals of the semiconductor elements with the connection terminals of the associated apparatuses while omitting an additional terminal block. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a plurality of connection conductors 81(N), 82(P) electrically connecting input terminals 231, 241, 251, 331, 341, 351 of semiconductor elements 23(U)-25(W), 33(U)-35(W) with connection terminals 911, 912, 921, 922 of capacitors 91, 92.
