<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which can install in a smaller space than conventional device. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting device 1 includes: a cutting table 2 having a rectangular support face 21 supporting a cloth 6; and a cutting unit 3 horizontally driven on the support face 21 of the cutting table 2. The cutting unit 3 has: a support face rail 22 set at the substantially same height as the support face 21 on one short side of the cutting table 2; an elevated rail 26 hung at a higher position than the support face 21 on the other short side of the cutting table 2; a movable beam 32 hung between the support face rail 22 and elevated rail 26 in parallel with the support face 21; and a cutter head 33 having the cutting blade built therein and moving along the movable beam 32. The elevated rail 26 is supported by front and rear support posts 24, 25 set at the front end and the rear end of the other short side of the cutting table 2, and an insertion slit space S for inserting the cloth 6 placed on the support face 21 is formed under the elevated rail 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
