The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, comprising the steps of: polymerizing a conjugated diene-based monomer separately or polymerizing the same with an aromatic vinyl monomer in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of an organic alkali metal compound, and forming an active polymer having an alkali metal terminal; and reacting the active polymer having the alkali metal terminal with an aromatic compound having an epoxy group, and reacting the same with an isocyanate compound having an alkoxysilyl group. |
