<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which heats workpieces with different shapes at high precision, and can be made small in size. <P>SOLUTION: In the heating device, a frame is provided with: a table 61 capable of transferring workpieces W1, W2; a heating unit 65 including heating coils 652, 653; and a lifter 64 arranging the workpieces W1, W2 supported to a receiving part 61h at prescribed positions with respect to the heating coils 652, 653, respectively, and the heating device heats the first workpiece W1 with a hollow part Wh elongating from the end in an uniaxial direction and a second workpiece W2 with no hollow part. The heating unit 65 includes: an upper coil base 651c and a lower coil base 651e arranged at different distances from the table 61 in a uniaxial direction. In the upper coil base 651c, the first heating coil 653 heating the inner surface of the hollow part of the first workpiece W1 is mountable to be projected to the lower side, and, in the lower coil base 651e, the second heating coil 652 heating the outer surface of the first workpiece W1 or the second workpiece W2 is mountable to the upper side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
