<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has excellent low-temperature fixability, high offset resistance, and excellent chargeability, and provides high-quality images.SOLUTION: A toner contains toner particles containing at least a resin (a) including polyester as a main component, colorant, and wax. In measurement of the toner by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), when the glass transition temperature measured at a temperature increase rate of 0.5°C/min is Tg(0.5), and the glass transition temperature measured at a temperature increase rate of 4.0°C/min is Tg(4.0), Tg(0.5), Tg(4.0)-Tg(0.5), and the average circularity of the toner fall within a specific range; and when the specific surface area of the toner is S(0) m/g, and the specific surface area of the toner measured after the toner is measured to have the specific surface area S(0) and is left in specific conditions is S(95) m/g, a ratio of the specific surface areas S(95)/S(0) falls within a specific range.</p> |
