<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell including a light absorption layer composed of a chalcopyrite compound, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In ions and boron ions penetrate into the Cu pores in a surface layer becoming the boundary of a light absorption layer 4 and a buffer layer by chemical bath deposition method (CBD), and an n+ layer with almost no pore is formed. In the prior art, some of the Cu pores in the surface layer remain as they are, and since formation of an n-type layer is not promoted, the battery characteristics are not enhanced. But since a thin n+ layer having a high concentration is formed on the boundary of a light absorption layer 4 and a buffer layer according to the inventive method, the battery characteristics are enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
