<p>A mold frame formed integrally with a lamp holder for holding a lamp and a LCD having the mold frame. The mold frame includes a receiving unit provided with a predetermined receiving space therein, and a pair of lamp holders formed on a side of the receiving unit to hold a lamp. Each of the lamp holders includes a contact surface reducing member reducing a contact surface between the lamp and the lamp holder. The receiving unit and the pair of lamp holders are integrally formed.</p>
